Shipping and returns

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 3 days of the order being placed.  Orders are posted on Mondays and Thursdays.

In the event that an item is not in stock, you can: 

- agree to wait until the item is in stock – we will contact you with an estimated time for delivery, or

 

- purchase another item to the same value.

 

For orders within Australia insured registered post is our preferred method of delivery. The postage costs have been included in the total cost at checkout.

 

All orders will receive an email with a registered or express post tracking number once the item has been posted. Please keep this email until your order arrives. If you do not request insurance we will not replace goods lost by Australia Post or international postal services.

Registered post

We recommend that you use registered post.

 

Express post pak - 500g / 3kg / 5kg

Next preferred method of delivery.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) options:

Option 1 - Pay by COD for your order and shipping  (Choose this option if you prefer to pay for your order including shipping on delivery)

Option 2 - Pay COD for shipping only (If you choose this option Australia Post will charge you for shipping on delivery of your order)

COD procedure - you will recieve a collection card from Australia Post in the mail.  When you collect your order from Australia Post you will be required to pay for the order and shipping if you chose Option 1, or the shipping if you chose Option 2. 

 

Insured international delivery

For overseas delivery.  Please email for postage costs.

 

Returns

We strive to do our best, however, if you receive a wrongly supplied order or an item is damaged in transit or not working through no fault of your own, please accept our apologies and notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

We will be happy to replace an item or issue a credit, whichever you prefer. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way we would expect to be treated.  To us that means courteously, promptly and respectfully.  We do not give refunds or credit where equipment sold has been misused or damaged by the purchaser in any way.

All you need to do is complete the return form, attach a copy of the original invoice, and send it back with the item. Where possible items should be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returning inks and needles

Due to health and safety requirements inks and needles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
